Clean Mode

Sometimes it's desirable to go through the Encap Target Directory and clean out any stale links or other cruft which has accumulated over time. To invoke epkg in clean mode, run the command epkg -c. Clean mode can be used by itself, or in conjunction with install, remove, or batch modes.
