Encap 2.0: Files in the Package Directory
Files directly in the Package Directory of an Encap 2.0 package are not
processed when installing or removing a package. Package creators
often include informational files in this directory, such as a patch
they used against the stock source code or a sample configuration
file.
Any files in the Package Directory are ignored, except for a few files
which have special meaning. One example of this is the README
file, which is displayed by the package manager before the package is
installed.
